We're shipping from Australia using Australia Post - which ain't the most flexible option but it's the best we've got. All orders ship within 7 working days and you'll receive a notification from us once it's in the mail. If your order is particularly urgent, let us know and we'll endeavour to get it to you quicker

If you buy something from us and it arrives faulty/broken/damaged then we'll apologise profusely and replace it. Please send an email detailing the problem as well as a picture of the damage and we'll get right on it.
